Deluxe Detail Leather Cleaning Kit

Everything you need to bring leather back and then keep it there. One product does both jobs: it cleans the dirt and body oils out of the grain, then goes on a second time as a conditioner and leaves a protective layer behind.

Leather does not usually fail because it wears out. It fails because dirt gets ground into the grain and dries it, and then it cracks. Cleaning it properly twice a year is most of the job.

What is in it

• 1 x Leather Clean & Coat 1L
• 1 x Leather Brush — soft enough for the grain, stiff enough to lift dirt out of it
• 2 x Microfibre Towels — one for removing, one for conditioning

How to use it

1. Clean. Spray onto the leather, agitate with the brush, then wipe the residue off with the first towel, slightly damp.
2. Condition. Spray again and work it into the surface with the second, dry towel.
3. Do one seat panel at a time so nothing dries before you get back to it.

Good to know

• Test an out of sight area first on perforated, aniline or unfinished leather.
• Do not soak perforated leather. Spray the brush or the towel, not the seat.
• Bolsters and the driver's seat base take almost all the wear. Spend your time there.
• Twice a year is plenty for a daily driver. Over cleaning leather is its own problem.
