TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Every order gets a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is scanned by Australia Post. It comes from us, with your order number in the subject line. If it is not in your inbox, check your junk folder first, because shipping notifications land there more often than they should.

Two other places to look:

1. Your order confirmation email. Every confirmation carries a "View your order" link. That page updates as your order moves, and it is the fastest way to see where things are without waiting on us.

2. Australia Post directly. Once you have your tracking number, you can follow it at auspost.com.au/mypost/track.

HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE?

Orders placed before 11am AEST on a business day are packed and sent the same day. After that, the next business day. We pack Monday to Friday.

Once it is with Australia Post, standard delivery is generally 2 to 7 days within Australia depending on where you are, and Express Post is faster. International orders are typically 4 to 22 days.

NOTHING HAS MOVED IN A WHILE

Tracking sometimes sits still for a day or two mid-transit, which is normal. If your parcel has not moved for several days, or it has passed the expected delivery window, tell us and we will open an investigation with Australia Post.

Please also tell us if it is marked delivered and you do not have it. That happens occasionally and it is worth checking with neighbours and around the property first, but we will chase it either way.
